Do you need some extra motivation to start running?
Join the new Kerry Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre running group in association with the Gleneagle Run Killarney.
The aim of the group is to help individuals prepare for their first 10km or half marathon in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
The 10km programme is suitable for beginners and runners with little experience as well as runners who want to improve their performance and times. Individuals who wish to attend the half-marathon programme should have previously completed at least one 10km run. This criteria has been established to ensure the minimum risk of injury throughout the programme.
Canadian native Jessica Chenier-Britton a chartered physiotherapist and running specialist will lead the bi-weekly training group.

Time: 10km group 6pm, Half marathon group 7pm

Cost: One session per week €7 Two sessions per week – €5 per session
