Top tips to prevent a running injury

We hope you are getting a chance to get some runs in and that the weather isn’t hampering your efforts too much. We’ve put together a few tips for you to keep in mind as we move in to Spring.  At the first sign of injury, most runners have the same reaction: Ignore it and keep training.
